Terms of Service

• FlowX Journal is a software service for tracking and analysing your trading. It is not financial advice and we don't place trades for you.
• Pro subscriptions come with a 7-day free trial — cancel before day 7 and you're never charged.
• You own the data you put in. You can export or delete it from /settings any time.
• Don't try to break or abuse the Service. Don't share login credentials. Don't scrape.
• Wyoming law governs these terms. Disputes are resolved by individual arbitration in Wyoming, not class actions.

These Terms of Service (the "Terms") form a binding contract between you and THEFLOWX LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company with registered address 5830 E 2nd St, Ste 7000 #34228, Casper, Wyoming 82609, United States ("FlowX", "we", "us").

By creating an account, paying for a subscription, redeeming a mentor invite or otherwise using theflowxjournal.com and any related applications (the "Service") you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract in your jurisdiction.

FlowX is a trading journal and analytics platform. We help you log, review and learn from trades you have already taken. We do not connect to your broker to place orders, we do not issue trading signals, and we do not give personalised investment advice.

FlowX Pulse, the FlowX Score, the AI assistant, the analytics reports and any other automated outputs are educational commentary based on public market data and your own historical trades. They are not a recommendation to buy, sell or hold any instrument. Trading is risky and you can lose more than your initial deposit. You are the only person responsible for your trading decisions.

You're responsible for keeping your password safe and for any activity under your account. Notify us at support@theflowx.site immediately if you suspect unauthorised use. One human, one account — sharing logins with other traders is not allowed.

We can suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, attempt to abuse the Service, are used for fraud or chargebacks, or otherwise harm us or our users.

Plans & pricing

Current plans and prices are listed on theflowxjournal.com/#pricing and /mentor-plans. Prices are in USD. Applicable taxes (if any) are added at checkout by Stripe.

7-day trial

New Pro subscriptions include a 7-day free trial. A valid card is required to start the trial; no charge is made until the trial ends. Cancel at any time during the trial from /settings/subscription and you will not be billed.

Renewal

Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing cycle (monthly or annual, depending on what you picked) until you cancel. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period; you keep access until then.

Refunds

Outside the trial, paid subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by law or where we choose to grant a refund as a customer-service decision. Lifetime purchases are one-time and are non-refundable after the 14-day "cooling off" window granted by EU/UK consumer law (where applicable).

Failed payments

If a payment fails, Stripe retries automatically over a 3-day window. If all retries fail, your subscription is paused and your access is downgraded. Re-subscribe any time from your settings to restore Pro features.

Price changes

We may change prices for new subscribers at any time. Existing subscribers will be given at least 30 days' notice by email before any price change takes effect on their plan, and may cancel before the new price applies.

Mentor plans let a verified educator give FlowX Pro to a cohort of students under one subscription. By subscribing to a Mentor plan you confirm:

• You are operating a legitimate trading-education business and you've represented yourself accurately in your verification application.
• You comply with the regulatory regime of your jurisdiction — including, where relevant, financial-promotion, advertising and tax rules — and you do not represent FlowX as your regulator, broker or signal provider.
• You are responsible for the conduct of your students inside your cohort and for any educational content you produce.
• We may suspend a mentor cohort if we receive credible reports of regulatory issues, fraud, or abuse.

If you cancel your Mentor plan, your students enter a 30-day grace period during which they keep Pro before being downgraded.

You agree not to:

• Reverse-engineer, scrape, decompile or copy the Service.
• Use the Service to violate any law, sanction or third-party right.
• Upload malicious files, spam, illegal content, or anyone else's private data without consent.
• Probe, attack or attempt to disrupt the Service or its infrastructure.
• Resell or sublicense the Service without our written consent (the Mentor plans are an exception, governed by the section above).
• Create more than one free / trial account per person to bypass limits or refund windows.

You retain ownership of every trade, note, screenshot, playbook, track-record entry and other content you submit ("Your Content"). You grant FlowX a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, copy, transmit, display, back up and process Your Content strictly to operate and improve the Service for you.

If you opt in to a public profile, you additionally grant us the right to display the data you've chosen to share at your public profile URL. You can revoke this in settings at any time.

We never sell your data and we never train third-party AI models on your private trades. The AI features in FlowX use public market information plus the metadata strictly required to render your view; trade content is not sent to model providers for training.

The Service, including its name, logos, code, designs, copy, algorithms (including the FlowX Score), email templates and documentation, is owned by THEFLOWX LLC and protected by US and international IP law. We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable licence to use the Service while your account is active and in good standing.

We rely on third-party providers (Stripe, Resend, Railway, Neon, Anthropic, OpenAI, Cloudflare) listed in our Privacy Policy. We are not responsible for downtime or behaviour of those providers, but we choose them carefully and switch when they fall short.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT IT WILL PRODUCE PROFITABLE TRADING OUTCOMES.

FlowX is a tool that helps you understand your trading. The decisions you make using that tool — and the outcomes of those decisions — are yours.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL THEFLOWX LLC, ITS OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

OUR TOTAL CUMULATIVE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATED TO THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF (a) THE TOTAL FEES YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM AROSE, OR (b) USD $100.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages; in those jurisdictions the limitations above apply only to the extent permitted by law.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless THEFLOWX LLC and its officers, employees and agents from any claim, loss, liability or expense (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Service in breach of these Terms, your violation of any law, or your violation of any third-party right.

You can terminate these Terms at any time by deleting your account from /settings. We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms or use the Service in a way that risks harm to other users or to us.

Sections that by their nature should survive termination (Disclaimers, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification, Governing Law) survive termination.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make a material change, we'll notify active users by email at least 14 days before it takes effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date counts as acceptance of the new Terms; if you don't accept, you can cancel before they take effect.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute, controversy or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will be resolved by binding individual arbitration seated in Wyoming, conducted in English under the rules of the American Arbitration Association — except that either party may seek injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property.

Class-action waiver. Disputes will be resolved on an individual basis only — neither party may participate in a class, consolidated or representative proceeding.

If you live in the EU/UK and consumer-protection law gives you mandatory rights that conflict with this section, those mandatory rights apply instead.
